About Eventus
Eventus WholeHealth is redefining long-term and post-acute care through an Outcomes-Centered Healthcare (OCH = Value-Based Care) model that integrates advanced analytics, technology, and compassionate care.
With operations across multiple states and more than 500 clinical team members, 1,200 employees, and 1,250 facility partners, Eventus is transforming care delivery for vulnerable populations in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
The Role
The VP of Engineering (AI Enablement) will build and scale the engineering foundation that powers Eventus' next-generation clinical, data, and AI platforms. This role leads the architecture, development, and integration of scalable, secure, and AI-enabled systems that connect data, workflows, and outcomes across the Eventus ecosystem - including Eventus-Connect (internal mobile web app), Clinical Compass (Care Coordination), and future enablement tools.
Key Responsibilities
A pragmatic, hands-on builder and systems thinker - equally comfortable writing code, designing scalable architectures, and aligning technical execution with strategic goals. Thrives in cross-functional environments and is energized by helping architect the next phase of Eventus' AI-enabled healthcare transformation.
