Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:

A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Maintain calendars for all upcoming device launches and reset dates for all channels across multiple product categories
- Collaborate with internal channel partners to forecast device demand for device launches across multiple retail product categories
- Submit launch display forecasting, allocation in Global ERP System. Ensuring retail partners are following all companies direct forecasting goals and minimizing aging
- Maintain item file to include all SEA product pricing and display counts for past and upcoming launches
- Weekly meetings with internal product teams to align inventory forecasting for non-launch related device purchases
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Visual Merchandising and Channel Managers to understand upcoming launch priorities and proactively make forecast adjustments
- Communicate with SCM team on device shipment schedules and ensure channel partners are updated on ETAs on all shipments, tracking through delivery
- Analyze forecasts and orders to create improvements to processes and procedures
- Submit inventory requests in internal NERP system for all product requests
- Partner with Sales Finance to identify device forecast month for budgeting purposes

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years related experience required.
