Workday Integrations Lead

As a Workday Integrations Lead, you'll oversee a team of integration consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions for Workday HCM and Financials. You'll lead the integrations workstream on projects-scoping, gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations using Studio and related tools.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that are effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals. In addition to project delivery, you'll also help mentor team members and contribute to capability development within the Workday practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Workday integration solutions from design through deployment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related workstreams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping and estimating integration work
  • Identify and implement improvements to tools, templates, and delivery processes

Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven expertise in Workday Studio and core integrations
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, web services, and integration architecture
  • Experience designing integration workflows to address business and technical needs
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus and consulting skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery quality with project constraints
  • Experience mentoring or managing consultants and supporting their development

Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday certifications (Studio, Core Integrations, CCB, HCM, or Financials)
  • Experience with other middleware platforms or integration tools
  • Background in managing teams or workstreams within complex projects

  • Setting and reviewing performance goals
  • Providing coaching and feedback through regular check-ins
  • Supporting career development and training needs
  • Reviewing resource allocation and team utilization
