Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
  • The Technical Lead will guide the technical team in Sample Manager LIMS implementation projects.
  • This role includes leading requirement discussions, designing and implementing enhancements, delivering solutions within timelines, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • The position also involves system life cycle responsibilities such as design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and technical support. Collaboration with multiple teams and clients is essential.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to lead technical teams in LIMS projects.
  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering and solution development.
  • Ability to provide technical support and evaluate client requirements.
  • Ability to deliver solutions that align with standards and SOPs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sample Manager LIMS implementation and support.
  • Extensive experience in developing LIMS solutions.
  • Experience in system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams in Sample Manager LIMS implementation.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements and propose solutions.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements and revisions.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues and clients.
  • Participate in design, peer code review, and unit testing.
  • Manage full system life cycle activities.
  • Develop/configure workflows, stock and instrument modules, instrument interfacing, reports, forms, C# integrations, labels, schedulers, batch management, lot management, stability functions, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS, and dashboards.
