In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to transform HR processes. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a digital analyst for solution architectures in the DoD
• 5+ years of experience as a task lead, tracking tasks and leading a team of at least 5 members
• 3+ years of experience supporting software life cycle delivery
• 3+ years of experience with analyzing technologies and COTS products to make recommendations to clients
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Navy or Marine Corps
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Training Delivery platforms
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
• Master's degree in IT
• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
