Location: MO- Nevada, 100% Remote
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Infrastructure Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage Site Infrastructure as follows: Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, HP Printers
Provide Standard and Local Software Support -Windows OS and Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB
Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment
Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support
Maintain site dashboards for Computers, Printers, IT work tickets, and PC/Server Vulnerabilities
Qualifications:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment
Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs

Preferred Qualifications:
Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology
Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
Cisco VOIP support experience for phones
Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills
Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience
The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $55,000 or the hourly equivalent.
