What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with daily operations at aggregate production sites
  • Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Participate in safety inspections and compliance activities
  • Collect and analyze operational data for reporting
  • Collaborate with site teams on maintenance and production planning

What Are We Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced settings
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence

Work Environment
This internship involves hands-on experience at active aggregate sites. Interns should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
