Job Title : Oracle Lease and Finance Management Functional Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Lease and Finance Management Functional Lead to join our Oracle ERP team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM) and a proven track record in leading implementations, configurations, and support engagements in Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite environments.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Lease and Finance Management modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Provide functional expertise in OLFM including Lease Origination, Lease Booking, Asset Management, Billing, and Accounting.
  • Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with other Oracle module leads (e.g., AR, AP, FA, GL) to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with at least 4 years in OLFM.
  • Strong understanding of leasing lifecycle processes and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842).
  • Hands-on experience with OLFM configurations and setups.
  • Experience leading at least 12 full-cycle OLFM implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to document requirements, processes, and solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Financials experience is a strong plus.
  • CPA, CA, or similar financial certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in related modules such as Oracle Receivables, Fixed Assets, or Advanced Collections.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
