Location: Aiken, SC | ? Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Are you an Outside Plant Technician ready to take on a high-impact infrastructure projects? We're looking for an OSP Technician to install fiber optic and telecom builds. If you're a hands-on technician with a strong work ethic and a passion for precision, this is your opportunity to step up.
What You'll Do:
  • Complete the installation, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cables
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

? What You Bring:
  • Experience with fiber and/or OSP work
  • Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with both aerial and underground OSP construction methods
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Bonus Skills:
  • Confined space training or certification
  • Experience working in data center environments
  • Knowledge of structured cabling and rack installation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
