Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Complete the installation, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cables
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
? What You Bring:
- Experience with fiber and/or OSP work
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with both aerial and underground OSP construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Bonus Skills:
- Confined space training or certification
- Experience working in data center environments
- Knowledge of structured cabling and rack installation
