SAIC is seeking a C5ISR System Architect in Honolulu, HI to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO) to develop architectures to augment C5ISR sensing and control systems with technologies to effectively collect and synthesize data faster, Standup and maintain environments on a product-by-product basis to assist in integration activities if the Government is unable to provide suitable infrastructure for these tasks. Recommend alternative commercial Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) capacity, services, and usage as applicable. Provide specific licensing requirements for the development, testing, and production environments required for product development and integration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducts risk and vulnerability assessment at the network, system, and application level.
- Conduct threat modeling exercises.
- Develops and implements security controls, formulates operational risk mitigations, and assists in security awareness programs. Involved in a wide range of security issues, including architecture, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access.
- Researches, evaluates, and recommends new security tools, techniques, and technologies and introduces them to the enterprise in alignment with IT security strategy.
- Utilizes COTS/GOTS and custom tools and processes/proceed.
- This position will meet DoD 8570.01-m certification requirements.
- Responsible for integrating dedicated data scientists to facilitate the methods by which the forces ingest, curate, and process data into information suitable for analysis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and five (5)+ years' of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
