Job Description:
>> Lead the SAP H2R tower for AMS, covering support for SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and integrations with S4HANA.
>> Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Payroll, handling gross-to-net processing, tax configuration, off-cycle payroll, and compliance reporting.
>> Provide deep functional support for Employee Central, including business process configuration, data models, workflows, and position management.
>> Manage and troubleshoot BSI tax engine integrations and related payroll tax compliance updates.
>> Oversee replication monitoring, error handling, and data consistency between EC and EC Payroll using SAP standard tools and BIB (Business Integration Builder).
>> Coordinate with technical teams, third-party vendors, and SAP support for resolution of critical incidents and change requests.
>> Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and service delivery excellence within the H2R AMS space.
>> Collaborate with business HR teams for impact analysis during upgrades, testing cycles, and release deployments.
>> Guide and mentor support consultants and ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
Requirements:
>> SAP Certified in SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
>> Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, payroll results analysis, and payroll control center.
>> Strong understanding of US Payroll-specific requirements, including tax calculations, garnishments, retroactive processing, and year-end activities.
>> Proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, workflow management, foundation and employee data management.
>> Deep working knowledge of BSI tax engine configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
>> Experience with data replication monitoring, Business Integration Builder (BIB), and managing integration errors between EC and Payroll.
>> Familiarity with AMS delivery processes, including ticket management, SLAs, RCA, and change management.
>> Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, HRIS teams, and external vendors.
>> Ability to manage a support team and ensure proactive issue resolution and client satisfaction.
