Role: MES-MOM - Business and Techno-functional Consultant

The client is looking for a MES-MOM (Manufacturing Execution System - Manufacturing Operations Management) consultant in Rocky Mount, NC.

Job Description (JD) Summary:

Experience: 4-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Solution Implementation, Development, Upgrades, Support, and Customization on DELMIA Apriso
• Experience in the Manufacturing Domain, specifically MES for Production line automation using Apriso FlexNet versions 9.5, 9.7, and 2016-2023
• Database Design, Development, Testing, and Integration in Apriso FlexNet
• Proficiency in Process Builder, SQL (Scripts, Stored Procedures, and Functions)
• Integration of MES System with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Business Integrator and interface configurations
• Creation, alteration, and management of Indexes, Table Partitioning, Stored Procedures, and Functions in SQL Server and Oracle
• Understanding/configuration of Central Configuration, CSS, Configuration Manager, and Kepware OPC to MES systems
• In-depth knowledge of APRISO MES-MOM software and its functionalities
• Client collaboration for understanding business objectives, manufacturing processes, and challenges
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Unit Testing, Continuous Integration Testing, and Code review

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management
• Root Cause Analysis and collaboration with Global Development Team for long-term fixes
• Coordination with Dev/Release teams for code release/break-fix
• Support deployment of code release/break-fix if requested by the plant team
• Support Production Sanity Testing if requested by the plant team
• SLA Management
• Problem Management
• Weekly/Monthly status report
• Application and Integration Monitoring
