Rate: $60 - $65 w-2 | Remote

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Workday Consultant with VNDLY expertise to join on a 6-12 month+ contract with potential for permanent conversion. The contract phase is fully remote. If converted to a full-time role, the position will require onsite work 3-4 days per week at one of the client's offices in Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, or Omaha, NE. While conversion is not required, candidates who are local to these areas or open to relocation will be prioritized.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
Lead Workday configuration, VNDLY integration, and HRIS enhancements across HR functions.

Provide enterprise-level support and leadership across Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, and HR modules.

Drive adoption of Workday features and ensure full lifecycle implementation.

Support and mentor junior team members across HRIS projects.

Create and maintain advanced reports, BIRT, and Composite reports.

Preferred skills:

Experience with Time Entry, Time Off, Advanced Compensation, and Recruitment modules.

Workday Pro Certification strongly preferred.

Experience with MSP environments highly valued.

Experience Requirements:
5+ years hands-on Workday experience, with deep configuration skills.

Senior-level expertise in both Workday and VNDLY.

Strong ability to collaborate across departments and present technical concepts clearly.

Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred
