Title: QA Engineer (Selenium)

Location: Lake Mary, FL and New York City, NY

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Enhance and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and integration (CI/CD).
• Perform manual testing when required to validate complex scenarios.
• Prepare detailed test reports and ensure test coverage and traceability.

Required Skills:

• More of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (depending on stack).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile testing processes.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

Good to Have:

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
