We are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco Voice Administration. The role involves managing, monitoring, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications environments, ensuring system performance, stability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to higher-level projects, and engage in vendor coordination for implementations and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise. Monitor Unified Communication system applications to ensure peak performance. Assist in monthly system patching and testing of UC systems. Provide regular status updates on tasks, issues, and progress toward goals. Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, processes, configurations). Monitor and test voice network performance, providing reports and performance statistics. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support projects. Work closely with UC Engineers on complex projects and escalations. Coordinate with vendors for circuit implementation and troubleshooting. Required Skills & Experience 8 12 years of hands-on experience in Cisco Voice Administration. Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and Contact Center Enterprise (CCE). Proven ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize voice network performance. Solid understanding of patching, upgrades, and system testing. Experience with vendor coordination for implementations and escalations. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
