What you will do:

• Provide technical support and resolve IT service requests via Helpdesk software (ServiceNow)
• Set up, configure, and track hardware/software inventory (computers, printers, mobile devices)
• Support Active Directory (user setup, changes, terminations)
• Manage patching and antivirus updates across endpoints and servers
• Monitor backups and ensure system/data integrity
• Decommission and dispose of obsolete IT equipment
• Create and maintain end-user documentation and deliver basic training
• Assist with IT budgeting and asset planning
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the IT Manager or the Executive Team with recommendations

What you will need to be successful:

• 1 3 years of IT support/help desk experience
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Intune, BitLocker, and common support tools
• Experience with PC diagnostics, repair, upgrades, and basic networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus management (e.g., Carbon Black), and backup systems (e.g., Cohesity)
• Comfortable supporting ERP and other business-critical applications
