Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize high-value customer journeys and identify key marketing touchpoints
  • Drive personalization strategies across channels, including direct mail
  • Build marketing collateral: presentations, messaging, TCO/ROI calculators, sales tools
  • Partner with sales to create playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Train sales teams on new features, value props, and competitive differentiators
  • Execute targeted direct mail campaigns (segmentation, creative, ROI analysis)
  • Analyze ABM, paid media, webinars, and content syndication performance
  • Provide data-driven insights for channel optimization and budget decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, analytics, finance, risk, legal, and sales
  • Conduct deep market and ICP analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Own competitive intelligence research to refine positioning and messaging

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • CRM & sales enablement tools expertise (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in complex B2B/SMB sales cycles
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operationalize campaigns
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Strong background in product marketing with proven growth impact
  • Skilled in testing methodologies, data synthesis, and insight generation
  • Demonstrated ability to execute in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Proven collaboration skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
