Job Details

Title: Junior Help Desk Technician.

Location: White Plains, NY (onsite)
Position Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$56,000-$58,000 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our team in a full-time capacity as a Junior Help Desk Technician based in White Plains, NY.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for users and network systems.
The position involves maintaining hardware and software, as well as installing new technologies.
Flexibility to work off-hours and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote end-user support and technical troubleshooting.
Install and maintain software and hardware systems.
Monitor systems 24/7 and provide emergency services as needed.
Resolve operational IT issues in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining network infrastructure.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
AAS Degree in a technology field or equivalent work experience.
Availability for off-hours on-call service and weekend work.
