Job Description -
Title: SAP S4 Hana Solution Architect
Location: Tulsa and Memphis will be traveling to both sites
Duration: 12 months
Travel- M-Thursday ( only time this might change per manager is if there is a cutover that the client needs them there on Friday)
Sub limit: 2-3

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Strategy: Define future-state SAP architectures aligned with enterprise goals and industry standards. Shape cohesive, scalable solutions across core SAP modules.
- Requirements Analysis: Translate complex business needs into effective SAP functionalities. Identify hidden requirements and challenge assumptions to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Business Case Development: Create compelling, value-driven business cases and articulate benefits to stakeholders. Adjust strategy as needed to reflect evolving priorities.
- Effort Estimation: Provide accurate project estimates, manage uncertainty, and align teams around resource needs and delivery risks.
- Implementation Oversight: Lead full lifecycle SAP implementations and enhancements, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Architecture Governance: Promote architectural consistency and reusable components across projects. Influence solution decisions and manage vendor interactions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business leaders, mediate competing priorities, and align technology with strategic goals.
- System Support & Change Management: Ensure post-go-live stability and SLA compliance. Manage enhancements, QA testing, and interface updates with precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus.
- 4-10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 2 years as a solution architect.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation projects and executive-level leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a hands-on, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
