SAP SM Consultant (Service Management) / Customer Service (CS)
Mid Level- 10+
Contract – 12 months plus
Visa: Except OPT & CPT
Remote with occasional travel to client site (CA) – Expenses will be paid for onsite travel
We are looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support our team with strong configuration experience.
Currently on SAP ECC with a roadmap to S4 Hana.
Skillset:
Industry background and strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
Demonstrated experienced as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects
Worked on projects using Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations
