- Seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of experience as Technical Product Owner
- Must have skills
o DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
o Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
o Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
o Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria
