Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering Architect to join our horizontal team within the QE Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with a coding background, capable of driving quality engineering initiatives across multiple portfolios and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Development: Design and build robust QE frameworks from the ground up to support scalable automation across programs.
• Tool Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Qtest and other leading QE tools; assist teams in tool setup and integration with platforms like JIRA.
• Requirement Traceability: Establish and guide best practices for requirement traceability; work independently to ensure alignment across programs.
• Process Review & Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of QE processes and tickets across programs; identify and address gaps proactively.
• Metrics Management: Track and manage key QE metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and program health across the account using relevant applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate directly with key stakeholders to ensure delivery success; provide strategic updates on industry standards and implementation roadmaps.
• Cross-Portfolio Support: Work across multiple portfolios to ensure consistent quality and delivery excellence.
• Industry Experience: Bring deep QE experience, preferably with TA exposure, to hit the ground running and support Synchron account teams in Strategy & Execution (S&E).
