Job Details
As an Sr. Business Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Strong domain expertise in area of Patient Support Programs, HUB Services
- Strong understanding of healthcare dataset and data mappings
- Understand client interfacing system and prepare the required specification documents
- Ability to map the data requirements. Work as a Business analyst
- Requirements management and communication
- Proven experience working in data intensive projects involving BI or data migration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and capability to write User stories and acceptance criteria & work closely with the scrum teams at all levels.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Understand client interfacing system and prepare the required specification documents
- Translating and simplifying requirements.
- Requirements management and communication
- Requirements analysis
- Expertise in Salesforce healthcloud preferred
- Strong experience in working with Salesforce
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce objects
- Ability to map the external data feeds with Salesforce object data model
- Working experience on integrations with external parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
