Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III for an advanced-level administrative role. This position requires initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure. The role also involves acting as a lead, coordinating work assignments, and providing guidance to other administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information, guidance, and recommend solutions on administrative processes.
Support analysis of operations, systems, and budgets; recommend efficiency improvements.
Track project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
Compile and monitor budget data, prepare reports, and assist in budget preparation.
Assist in developing procedures, contracts, solicitations, and specifications.
Create spreadsheets, databases, and presentation materials.
Support meetings: prepare minutes, coordinate reports, and manage documentation.
Track and monitor communication devices, computer equipment, and software licenses.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED + 6 years of relevant experience; OR
Associate s Degree + 4 years; OR
Bachelor s Degree + 2 years; OR
2 years in Administrative Assistant II role.
Proficiency in OneDrive, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle.
Familiarity with procurement/payment software highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
