Job Details

Position Title: Tandem Production Support Lead Location: Houston, TX

Required Experience & Skills

 

  • Tandem HP NonStop: 5 to 7 years of experience in development and/or support, including Application UI, workflows, notifications, SLAs, and Service Catalog forms

  • TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language): 2 to 4 years of experience and understanding

  • Production Support / Software Engineering: 5 to 7 years total experience

  • Connex Switch Support: Experience in maintenance and support

  • Script Development: Ability to build or modify scripts using TACL and ENFORM (preferred)

 

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in L1 and L2 Production Support roles

  • Experience in large-scale, complex global technology organizations

  • Background in financial services or technology environments preferred

Soft Skills & Additional Capabilities:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders

  • Exposure to multiple ServiceNow platform products is desirable

  • Ability to coordinate with offshore teams and optimize support processes

  • Willingness to be on-call during off-hours for critical issues or outages
