Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Configure and manage Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, user roles, permissions, and layouts.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom views to support data-driven decision making.
- Conduct regular data audits and cleanup tasks to ensure integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Import/export data between Salesforce and external systems, maintaining accuracy and security.
- Train and support users on Salesforce functionality, workflows, and best practices.
- Partner with external consultants and vendors on larger-scale implementations or integrations.
- Support and evolve custom-built Intake App in collaboration with developers and platforms such as OneDrive and Salesforce.
- Communicate project timelines, risks, and outcomes to business stakeholders and end users.
- Continuously assess system performance and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
- Explore emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and automation to enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including data management and system configuration.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT principles, system testing, security best practices, and integration tools.
- Bonus: Experience with MuleSoft or similar automation/integration platforms.
- Bonus: Experience using Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and formula fields.
