Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design comprehensive Oracle SCM solutions.
- Develop and present SCM architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead implementation of SCM modules, including Inventory Management, OM, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Configure and customize Oracle SCM applications to meet specific business needs.
- Design & implement integration solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
- Collaborate with integration teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain using Oracle SCM applications.
- Optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring scalability.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT staff on Oracle SCM applications.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SCM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and other solution architects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and align SCM solutions accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Oracle SCM solution architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle SCM features, releases, and industry trends.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, configurations, and processes.
- Document design decisions, implementation details, and configuration changes.
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, or any relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a software developer, architect, consultant, analyst, or a related occupation.
- Must have 5 years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Oracle Supply Planning.
