Identity Management Specialist:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IDM team with user access provisioning and modifications.
• Manage deprovisioning processes for user accounts and permissions.
• Work with Active Directory groups, users, and permissions to ensure compliance.
• Handle file share permissions and Exchange mailbox permissions effectively.
• Utilize tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, ServiceNow, PowerShell, and Bash as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of user access changes.
• Collaborate with team members to manage multiple tickets and tasks efficiently.

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its functionalities.
• Proficiency in managing roles and entitlements within IAM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience in the financial industry or similar sectors.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Experience with Excel for data preparation and analysis.
