Overview

Data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to lead a team of marketing specialists tasked with optimizing and scaling our organic search, paid marketing, and social media campaigns efforts across traditional and digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, and operations - ensuring campaigns run efficiently, budgets are optimized, and performance insights are translated into action.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other acquisition channels.
  • Direct daily campaign operations, including targeting, budgeting, pacing, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee collaboration with creative and content teams to ensure development of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that support conversion goals.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve ROI, reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity across platforms.
  • Translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage integrations and workflows across advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Streamline campaign setup and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with finance and data teams to ensure accurate attribution, spend reconciliation, and ROI reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in design, marketing, growth marketing, operations and brand management.
  • 8-10 years broad experience in a transformation role.
  • Proven experience managing paid media across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of attribution models, marketing funnels, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with marketing automation, tag management, and analytics tools (e.g., GTM, GA4, Segment, HubSpot).
  • Experience with SQL and extensive data querying.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics preferred.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
