Job Summary
The Senior Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud will be responsible for providing expert consultation in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The primary focus will be on driving successful HCM Cloud projects for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects for oracle hcm cloud solutions.
2. Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for hcm processes and configurations.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful integration of oracle hcm cloud with other systems.
4. Conduct training sessions for end users and assist in postimplementation support and troubleshooting.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and oracle hcm cloud updates to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of oracle hcm cloud modules such as core hr, absence management, compensation, talent management, and payroll.
2. Strong understanding of hcm processes and best practices to drive effective solution implementations.
3. Proficient in oracle hcm cloud configurations, data migration, and system integrations.
4. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex hcm challenges.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.

Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
