We have an immediate opportunity for an AI Developer to join a telecommute role focused on designing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions that help transform healthcare technology. In this position, you will work on cutting-edge initiatives involving generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and enterprise-scale AI applications. The role involves developing and deploying AI/ML models, building reusable frameworks and libraries, optimizing algorithms for performance and compliance, and collaborating closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineering groups to ensure alignment with business and technical goals. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to high-quality, timely delivery across projects.
To be successful in this position, one needs to be highly proficient in Python and major AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, with at least five years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, generative AI, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms-particularly Azure-is essential. A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required, although equivalent work experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will also bring experience with MLOps, Docker-based containerization, and familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
