Job Details
UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Consultant to provide subject matter expertise and ad hoc support for solution design, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
This is a part-time remote position based in NYC, with an estimated 7 hours per week. The project is currently remote but may require on-site presence in the future.

- 10+ years of relevant IT experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its core modules, including configuration and customization
- Ability to design, advise on, and support low code/no-code solutions and automate workflows
- Ability to interpret evolving business requirements and recommend effective technical solutions
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide ad hoc consultation and troubleshooting support
- Experience supporting deployment processes, environment management, or integration with other systems (preferred)
- Certification: MB-600: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to support ad hoc consultation, troubleshooting, and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms
- Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices, configurations, and optimization within Power Platform tools and Dynamics modules
- Support the review or development of low code solutions, automation workflows, and integrated data models that leverage both Power Platform and Dynamics capabilities
- Participate in working sessions or reviews on an as-needed basis
- Assist with light documentation, prototyping, or demonstrations to support decision making or implementation planning
