Job description:
Support regulatory examinations, identifying and tracking follow ups, preparing communications with stakeholders, scheduling meetings with multiple stakeholders, reviewing and submitting documentation
- Review regulatory obligations: Look at laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., SEC, FINRA, OCC, CFPB depending on industry) that affect the company s operations.
- Gap analysis: Compare what the regulation requires vs. the company s current policies, processes, or controls.
- Facilitate reviews with stakeholders: Bring in compliance officers, risk managers, and business leads to ensure everyone understands what the rule requires.
- Track responses: If regulators or auditors request explanations, data, or documents, help coordinate those responses.
- Quality check: Ensure the responses and evidence submitted are accurate, complete, and aligned with the regulatory requirement.
- Support upgrade and reorganization of the team s SharePoint document management sites
Minimum Experience
Minimum of five years of related experience business analyst, program operations, risk management, or similar.

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, reasoning ability, logical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Detail-oriented, organized and quality conscious approach to analyzing and checking metrics and reports
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, including ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, identify and categorize follow ups, determine next steps, advise and obtain buy in from stakeholders
• Build and maintain effective, highly collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word and Power Point
