Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will be a key technical leader responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining our core CSM platform. Preferably experience in PSDS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations of the ServiceNow CSM module, acting as the primary technical architect for all custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Architect and develop scalable and reusable code using business rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and GlideAjax to automate processes and enhance platform functionality.
Design, build, and maintain robust integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using REST APIs, scripted web services, and other integration methods.
Create custom dashboards and reports to provide leadership with real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions that are both effective and scalable.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
Proven expertise in platform-level development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, etc.).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide.
Demonstrated ability to architect, lead, and complete complex technical projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
