Oracle Solution Architect SCM + MFG

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This strategic role demands deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing (MFG) Cloud modules, with a strong history of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion SCM and MFG Cloud applications.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and support efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices across modules including:
  • Oracle Fusion Order Management
  • Oracle Flow Manufacturing
  • Procurement Management
  • Inventory, Warehouse, WIP, BOM, ENG
  • OTBI and custom report development
• Conduct system analysis and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle standards and integration methodologies.
• Mentor junior team members on Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
• Participate in project planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12 14 years of experience in Oracle technologies, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Proven expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle Flow Manufacturing implementations.
• Deep product knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Functional SCM modules and integration processes.
• Experience in 4 5 full-cycle projects (implementation, rollout, or support).
• Deal Breaker Skill: Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud services and related technologies.
• Proficiency in OTBI and report development tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Oracle certifications in SCM and MFG Cloud applications are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
