Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client's growing team! Their Product Managers are responsible for delivering winning products to the marketplace. You ll guide the product vision, planning, delivery, and marketing, aligned with customer-driven value and goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solutions to problems, an understanding of SaaS products, and a record of working with teams to create successful solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Strategize, working closely with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive product vision aligned with the company's overall goals. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
• Plan, building and continuously refining a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.
• Collaborate, partnering with teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and ownership.
• Define clear product requirements, translating customer needs and market insights into actionable features, impacting the business with user experiences that build customer value while navigating constraints.
• Track key performance metrics and user feedback to evaluate the success of product strategy and initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to iterate on product features, enhance user experience, and drive business growth.
• Communicate updates, milestones, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders and leadership. Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

A great fit for this position has:

• A strong framework for learning and communicating: a bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related field) or equivalent experience and background; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, product management principles, and tools of the trade (like spreadsheets and project tracking).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
