Description
We are looking for a dedicated DevOps Engineer to join our team in Hampton, New Hampshire. This long-term contract position focuses on integrating security practices into development workflows and optimizing secure software delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in tools like Snyk, CI/CD processes, and cloud environments, ensuring robust and secure infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Integrate security measures into CI/CD pipelines to enhance the resilience of software delivery.
Manage and implement advanced security tools, including Snyk, to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure deployment of code and applications.
Monitor infrastructure and applications for security threats and respond proactively to mitigate risks.
Automate testing processes and compliance checks to streamline security protocols.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for security policies and practices.
Ensure container security by leveraging tools and practices for Docker and Kubernetes.
Apply infrastructure as code principles using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation for efficient system management.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, security, or related technical roles.
Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Hands-on experience with security tools like Snyk, SonarQube, Aqua, or Twistlock.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrated scripting capabilities in languages like Python or Bash.
In-depth knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform and CloudFormation.
Security certifications are a plus, showcasing advanced knowledge in the field.
