Job Details
What You Will Do:
Designs and develops enterprise network architecture that supports secure, scalable, and high-performance operations across multiple data centers and cloud environments. Leads the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of core network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers. Collaborates with security teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and cybersecurity best practices (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, FFIEC). Evaluates and selects networking technologies and vendors aligned with business and technical objectives. Acts as a technical advisor and escalation point for complex network issues and performance bottlenecks. Develops network standards, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation. Supports disaster recovery and business continuity planning from a networking perspective. Monitors emerging trends in network architecture and fintech innovation to advise on future-proofing strategies.
What We Require:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred). 8 10 years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture. Deep understanding of enterprise network protocols, architectures, and technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP, DNS, DHCP, etc. Strong experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, and other enterprise-grade networking solutions. Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), hybrid architectures, and SDN. Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform).
Solid understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty. Experience working within financial institutions or heavily regulated industries. Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and micro-segmentation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to executive stakeholders. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
