- Overall 12+ years of experience in D&A area
- 4+ years of relevant experience in TPM/Scrum Master
- Must have played a role of Onsite co-ordinator or delivery anchor
- Scrum Master or any Agile certification and played similar roles like Scrum Master/Product Owner
- Client stakeholder management
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Onsite-offshore delivery model understanding
