Job Description:

SAP GRC Consultant

Location: 4 days/week onsite - Dearborn, MI

Duration: 12 month contract

There are no C2C / 1099 options - candidates must work on the W2 of Apex Systems.

Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship both now and in the future.

Position Description

The role involves implementing and supporting SAP GRC Access Controls 12.x, including the following modules:
  • ARA (Access Risk Analysis)
  • ARM (Access Request Management)
  • EAM (Emergency Access Management)
  • BRM (Business Role Management)


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer SAP GRC configurations, rule sets, workflows, and approvers for:
    • User provisioning
    • Emergency access
    • Access recertification
  • Configure BRF+ and workflow functionality
  • Maintain GRC master data and perform risk analysis
  • Support audit and compliance activities
  • Build and maintain MSMP workflows and configure GRC notifications
  • Develop and adjust rulesets, including custom functions and risks
  • Plan and execute GRC upgrade activities
  • Perform User Access Reviews (UAR) by configuring workflows and parameters
  • Set up and support synchronization jobs (Repository, Auth, FF Log, Action Usage)
  • Troubleshoot access request issues using audit log analysis
  • Create initiator, agent, routing, and workflow rules in BRF+
  • Configure dashboards and access risk analysis reports
  • Collaborate with the Application Security team to support all security-related tasks
  • Provide 24x7 production support, including on-call responsibilities


Skills

Required
  • SAP HANA
  • SAP GRC Access Control (12.x)
  • MSMP Workflow configuration
  • BRF+ configuration
  • SAP Security role setup (S/4 Core and/or S/4 EWM)
  • Experience with NetWeaver products (e.g., SCM, PO, BI, QIM, SolMan, EWM)

Preferred
  • SAP BTP Security
  • Fiori Role configuration
  • Experience with SAP GRC Process Control


Experience

Required
  • Minimum 7 years of SAP Security experience
  • At least two full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Experience troubleshooting GRC user provisioning workflows

Preferred
  • Experience with SAP BTP and Fiori security


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
