Job Details

Summary
Drives change management strategy for PACS migration to maximize adoption and minimize disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans.
Lead communication campaigns and training initiatives.
Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance points.
Align change management with clinical and operational priorities.
Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
10+ years in organizational change management, with healthcare IT focus.
Proven success in leading change for PACS or other critical clinical systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PROSCI or equivalent certification preferred.
