Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products from concept to launch and beyond. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and stakeholders to deliver products that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from users, stakeholders, and market research
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams during development
• Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning
• Monitor product performance using data and user feedback
• Lead product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• [X]+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or digital products
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Productboard
• Background in UX/UI or software development
• MBA or equivalent experience
