Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the successful implementation and integration of ERP and CRM systems within a manufacturing environment. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead efforts in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ERP and CRM systems to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other business units to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Provide expertise on integration between ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
Assist in the design and implementation of CRM functionalities to enhance customer relationship workflows.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Train and mentor end users to effectively utilize ERP and CRM functionalities.
Partner with implementation teams to achieve project milestones and ensure successful go-live.
Continuously identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Manage API development and configuration management to ensure seamless system integrations.
Requirements
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, including full lifecycle implementations.
Strong expertise in configuring financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, and controlling.
Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.
Familiarity with Salesforce development and integration processes.
Solid understanding of manufacturing or distribution environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to create and maintain business requirement documentation.
Availability to work onsite in Brooklyn, New York.
