A well-established, family-operated real estate services company with a strong presence across Ohio and Kentucky is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership, new business generation, and team development ideally within the title or real estate industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive company-to-company new business development through prospecting, networking, and cultivating high-level corporate relationships

  • Lead, coach, and train a sales team to exceed individual and collective performance targets

  • Analyze sales data and CRM insights to optimize performance and accountability

  • Collaborate with executive leadership across business units to align growth strategies

  • Travel regularly to branch offices across Southern Ohio and Central Kentucky, with occasional remote work flexibility

Experience you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in new business development and B2B relationship-building

  • Experience leading sales teams with a focus on performance coaching and accountability

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in CRM utilization and sales data analysis

  • Real estate title industry experience is required

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Ability to travel regionally as needed
