A well-established, family-operated real estate services company with a strong presence across Ohio and Kentucky is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership, new business generation, and team development ideally within the title or real estate industry.
What you will be doing:
Drive company-to-company new business development through prospecting, networking, and cultivating high-level corporate relationships
Lead, coach, and train a sales team to exceed individual and collective performance targets
Analyze sales data and CRM insights to optimize performance and accountability
Collaborate with executive leadership across business units to align growth strategies
Travel regularly to branch offices across Southern Ohio and Central Kentucky, with occasional remote work flexibility
Experience you will need:
Demonstrated success in new business development and B2B relationship-building
Experience leading sales teams with a focus on performance coaching and accountability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in CRM utilization and sales data analysis
Real estate title industry experience is required
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to travel regionally as needed
