Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HCM Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems to join our team supporting North Carolina's Office of State Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HCM cloud solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Map and migrate HR data and build reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in HCM/HRIS with SaaS platforms (Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Deep understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Strong experience in solution design, reporting, data mapping, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
