Description
- In this contingent resource assignment you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Additional Skills
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in leading large scale technology transformation
- 5+ years Full stack design and development experience with Java and React or Angular.
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying microservices / APIs/Micro frontends
- 3+ years of experience with Agile development practices

Lead complex technology initiatives with cross product integrations and enterprise-wide impact - Collaborate and consult with key technical experts senior technology team and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals- Lead and manage end to end lifecycle of third-party developer tools ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product objectives.
- Design and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline the delivery of software tools. - Oversee developer tool packaging and delivery process ensuring they meet quality standards. -
- Identify and assess vulnerabilities in developer tools developing strategies for mitigation and remediation to ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders product owners and other cross product technical teams to align on goals and to delivery solutions.
- Establish metrics and monitoring systems to evaluate the performance of software tools to make recommendations for improvements.
