Job Details
The Communications Service Analyst will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving; excellent oral and written communication skills; and be proficient in Microsoft Office software. |
Experience Required: Experience with cloud-based voice, VoIP, PBX, IVR, and ACD. Familiarity with service request lifecycle, vendor coordination, and on-site evaluations. Experience with MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Amazon Connect, Zoom, and Cisco UC or similar. |
