Job Details

Job Summary:

  1. Consolidated billing system for client, upgrading from V10 to 12.
  2. In knowledge transfer phase, so working on questions for SME's
  3. Roles: SingleView biller, payment & collections, support & some dev
  4. 3 support areas: Ops support, dev and environment support
  5. similarities and differences in EPM code & perl scripting
  6. Offshore support will help with gap hours
  7. Knowledge of Convergent Billing
  8. CSG Billing: SingleView v10 and above, Encompass
  9. Billing Architecture, Converting business requirements into technical design
  10. Ops support, dev and environment support - Onshore SME for CSG Billing Solutions
  11. Support offshore as needed and bill run support.

Singleview EPM (product configuration & features) + Perl scripting (for ingesting / exporting external feeds)
