Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist - PC Deployment

Duration: 2+ Months
Interview: Either Webcam or In Person
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
- Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
- Escalates customer issue appropriately.
- Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal/external teams.
- Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
- Imaging and installation of software onto devices
Required Skills:
- Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Experience troubleshooting basic desktop/laptop hardware/software issues.
- Experience provisioning equipment with MS SCCM.
