Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support day-to-day plant operations from an ERP perspective. The ideal candidate will serve as the on-site Oracle ERP expert, providing first-level troubleshooting and analysis while driving process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth ERP operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives tied to Oracle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues within the plant.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Oracle ERP system issues.
- Support users in day-to-day ERP transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient system usage.
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that align with business objectives.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into ERP solutions.
- Document system changes, user requirements, and process flows.
- Provide ERP training and support to end-users as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and ERP best practices.
